I have the same issue. Something that I am starting to realise, with every person that I have a hard time getting off my mind, is: they all represent some part of me that I need to reconnect with. Instead of resisting the thoughts, try going deeper. Where in the body is this coming from, what images comes up? What feeling emotion does this person create in you (beyond resistance). When we go deeper, it may be super painful at first, but inderneath there are gifts. Maybe sides to yourself that you have forgotten or repressed. Hope this helps in any way ❤

Not the easiest thing to hear, but I've realized that if I'm not worth the work, then what choices do I have? I'm not sure what the community is, but I feel like maybe that's a piece I'm missing.
