I can relate to a lot of this - the brain fog, fatigue. I used to do drugs, and experienced a lot of stress during my teen years. You really forget how it is to be mentally sharp, energetic, well-rested, healthy the way you probably were before. It’s weird because for me, some level of clarity comes in short moments and sometimes I even get a full night of sleep. Those are the moments when I see where I’m really at with my health and what I go through.

I’m interested to know more about the adrenal condition as I’ve had chronic fatigue for many years yet blood work and vitals always look normal.

@preshizmp5797 Adrenal fatigue! I suspect it's more common than previously thought, over the past few years more and more info is coming out and some doctors have been acknowledging it! It's essentially an imbalance on our stress glands (the adrenals and cortisol). All types of stress can trigger it, emotional stress, physical stress (like working too hard etc), and even not eating enough or drinking too much caffeine.

Good evening, and thank you for telling it like it is! I'm very thankful you've pulled through such a harrowing chapter of your life and that you have the courage to share your experiences with viewers. To the best of my knowledge I've never been exposed to toxic mold and, from what you've described, I really don't want to ever be exposed to it. No thanks! But here's hoping you're never exposed to it ever again! You are a fascinating young lady and I want for you to be around to continue with your enlightening features. Well, it's late on Thursday night and, even in retirement I need to be up and at 'em in the AM. So, I'd better sign off. But, here's wishing you a fun Friday and a wild weekend! TTY soon! ((HUGS))

vague but real (obvious) feeling... Jackson (the latter half of 19 th century in 🇺🇸) featured TLE as "dreamy state"

Did you go see any doctors during this time? Didn’t you notice *at all* how you were declining like did you just think it was some form of depression?
@thoughtsofmoss2 ай бұрын
I thought it was depression for a long time! I also was no stranger to general fatigue so I really didn't think it was that odd. I saw doctors and none of them were too concerned with the fatigue/brain fog either. (But doctors rarely are concerned in my experince lol). I got extremely lucky with my next doctor. Found her as my symptoms were just getting worse. She dug deep, then got to witness my extreme weight gain too. Still, she didn't know much about toxic mold either. Most doctors don't. But her curiosity and little knowledge sparked my own research.. She left to help with 2020 so I was on my own for most of it.
