One thing I remembered when involving my parents in the home buying process is they are much more older! They prefer quiet streets, tucked away in a field, out in the middle of no where 😂 I’m 24 and preferred none of that! So parents approval is important but has to fit your lifestyle too

The second house looking over Newport Backbay has a great view but you’re right, the neighborhood is geared more towards retired living bc it’s so quiet and peaceful which is why I walk on the trails all the time... so tranquil!
