Funnily enough I'd argue Dorothy's done it worse. The Ark 'only' shut the doors in her team's face. Didn't matter whether they were alive or dead, just that they weren't in The Ark. I’m glad they did the Goddess event. Without it I don’t think Dorothy would be very liked by the community at this point. We needed to see what she went through in order to properly understand why she is the way that she is in the present. We don’t have to agree with her, but understanding her motivations goes a long way towards not just hating her outright.

After the event, she's just like Punished Snake or Big Boss in the Metal Gear games. Without context of their story, people thought of Big Boss as a warmonger terrorist everytime they brought him up. But MGS3, MGS PO, MGS PW, MGSV GZ&PP show how damaged he was after the betrayal of goverments and discarding soldiers like pawns in meaningless wars... then him getting betrayed by his friends and being considered #1 terrorist. But at least we understood why he did the things he did. Dorothy is no different. Hell, I'd say she got the Metal Gear treatment. But wherw she went the Big Boss/Liquid/Solidus Snake route, her companions of the Goddess Squad went the Solid Snake route.

I think Dorothy Hates both Human and Raptures. Well, in the 1st place, she must killed Pinne because Raptures corrupt her. After that, than Ark abandoned them (Goddess Squad). So becoming a Raptures is a Big No for her too. Basically, Dorothy seems to hate everything around her, and she's just scheming to get a Revenge on those she Hates. I still not reach Chapter 22, but from the Spoiler that I heard, Dorothy already meet with Crow... and I'm sure their Meeting will up to really bad things.
