@@xyzlmn7817 Please check the History, you will get the answers to your question. Prophet Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ was in Makkah (Arab countries). There was a tradition in Arabs of marring with lot of womens. So Prophet Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ stopped it on 4.wives as Halal for a Muslim.

Saying he did it because of his desires is Baseless as if that was the case he would have married only Young and beautiful virgin girls whereas most of his wives except for Aisha (ra) were either widows or women with whom marriages had Political significance like his marriage with Safiyyah (ra) and Jawariya (ra). Even one the purpose of his marriage with Aisha (ra) was to consolidate his ties with his close friend Abu Bakr (ra).
