As a past gp player, I also beleived he was a hard champ, but the crit/barrel changes made him way easier than he used to be. You have 2 extra barrels that now one shot entire teams. Before having 3 barrels without the extra crit dmg you would have to hit 2 barrels to even think about killing the adc.

It's not that he's not hard to play, it's that there is a point in the game where a single good barrel is so extremely rewarding that it makes up for most of your fuck ups during lane and midgame.

Olaf has massive mana constraints in toplane unless you sacrifice dorans shield triumph or free boots. He looks brainless but micro and perfect axe placement can mean the difference between death and a penta. Also tons of champs dump on him. Urgot, Darius, new jax, heimer, yone, Shen plus jungle,Akali, Morde in some cases. The cleanse really doesn’t matter cus Olaf can’t kill him with passive up.

Gp is not that hard, except if you teamfight before lvl 13. He is an insane lane bully with Q and passive, hard to gank and has a global ult? Barrels are one of the few ways to straight up oneshot an entire backline and he gets more gold than everyone else. Everyone who says GP is hard to play are people who don't play GP.

Your take on the difficulty of top champions is INSANELY weird. GP is hard? Yes, he is, I haven't played him (maybe a single game since he got reworked few seasons ago), I've watched a few of Solarbacca's videos, took him str8 to ranked, used all the 'tricks' he does in his GP gameplay, and i felt like a god. At first you will make some mistakes, but even if you can't win lane, just farm your items, and you'll still kill someone from barrels in team fights. He's pretty hard if you try learn him by yourself, but if you just learn few simple tricks, he becomes quite easy. Aatrox in fact is much harder, because it's quite hard to hit Q's especially on mobile toplaners (everyone knows how to dodge it). Riven is hard af too, if you can't do the AA animation reset things to speed up your combo etc. she deals no dmg - that's pretty much why almost nobody plays her, except for 1tricks. It's unreal that u gave Darius diff of 4/10, but Aatrox 6/10 - Darius literally autoattacks until 5 stacks, then you R>auto>R>auto everyone (you don't even need AD in items), you can build more offensive builds if you're a veteran, but if you are new, just go tankier build to ensure you get the stacks and healing. And Q is almost impossible to miss, after you play like 2 games with him.

9 out of 10 champs are all below 5 as long as the enemy your going upo agiasnt has an iq higher than room temperature ice cream aatrox is bad if they use right click since his w is useless and damage is awful unless he hits q's garen is a 1 because you hit 1 button delete half of a tanks health and then spin with the 35% move speed increase for 4 seconds no outplay same with ww. sett while if you touch his w your probably gonna die to the true damge but as long as you use your dash ability which every champ has you can completely nullify it since the wind up is 1 whole second and the true damge is only in the very center.
