Yes, armor burn attackers (like Fanta man) take away prowess from the defender when striking if you have an armor up.

He is fine unawakened and at sig 1. At high/ max sig he becomes super tank and has pseudo immunity.

No. What matters is you have 5 or more nano armours and at least one disintegrate debuff.
