28 is too old unless you're looking for a squad player. Arsenal need to be going for this type of profile, but younger. Prime age for just enough experience and room for more coaching XP, while being developed enough to handle the Premier League, is around 23 years of age. By 28, you're starting to lose stamina as well as speed, you don't want to be buying at that age, rather, you want to think about selling. Arsenal need to start making audacious signings now if they want to have any hope of winning the big competitions, I'm sick of these Lidl and Poundshop buys, they need to start shopping in Waitrose and M&S.
