ok, since i mention it a lot, i love singed because of your vids and strats. right now, pretty much following what you do, to a T, i'm currently 67.7% WR with 31 games, 5.6/8/7 kda, 6.9cs/min and have gained +353 LP so far. TONS of of grubs / towers. probably 4+ towers a game

I'd say you can play singed jungle with hexflash for mid ganks through raptors. You loose a bit of combat power but it might be fine, I imagine it playing kind of like poppy supp or jungle and be a pest around the map. Maybe phase rush to chase or fleet if you need some sustain as the primary, rocket belt might be a good item to rush in some scenarios but the Liandry's meta is too strong tbh. I was thinking phase rush for the nimbus cloak rune aswell should pair up well with hexflash for ganking purposes.

I always wonder why sions don't get lifestealling for thier Q, they could out heal the damage of the wave and still clear it. Then you just sit in lane forever rarely dying, or at least warmogs I remember the days you'd go 5 bloodthirsters ( cause they had stacking stats) and jut press R (old school bonus damage, lifesteal, attack speed R) and heal like 150% of you max health a hit
