Honestly should have been Peacemaker instead of DeadShot. Boomerang King Shark and Harley have pure comedic banter, and DeadShot is just so plain and boring and not memorable. It could really be anyone more interesting than him, I just think Peace Maker is comedic now and would be funny

I don't know about Boomerang's rivalry with Flash. It just doesn't click to me. Yes, there are great moments, like how Boomer knew Deadshot can't shoot Flash. But overall, he's just too antagonistic to Flash, who is supposed to be respected by anyone who knows him Cue the clip where Flash talks Trickster into going back to the hospital and continue his treatment by promising him to visit him later and play some darts. That's my kind of Flash/Flash's villian chemistry

Flash literally know every citizen of Central City personally. Superman is more of a messiah while Flash is your friendly neighbour (kek). Plus Flash is much more gentle with his villains. I already mentioned JLU Trickster, yet I don't know any Superman villain who so much as respect him. Luthor occasionally, but in his own twisted ways. Speaking of... Second, really? Luthor and Boomerang? One is a megalomaniac with delusions of grandeur and the other one is pretty much a common thug. Luthor can't stand Superman on a very deep and personal level since the latter goes against pretty much everything Luthor believes in. Boomer... What's his beef with Barry? I mean yes, Flash stopped his "evil plans", but that's not even close. I can recall only one villain whos beef with Flash even remotely close to how much Luthor hates Superman, and that's Reverse Flash

I think youre referencing the "Flash and Substance" episode of Justice League Unlimited. The Flash in that show is actually Wally West, not Barry Allen like in the game. Also, the specific episode you're citing has a main plotline of four villains, including Captain Boomerang, actively trying to kill the Flash.
