Emma Hayes was a bitch towards Pernille Harder! She made sure by lobbying in the US, that Lucy Bronze won FIFA’s Award 2020 - despite Lucy Bronze being injured from march to july 2020, and didnt play for her club Lyon for 5 months. But hey, when Putellas won Ballon d’Or for a second time she was injured and didnt participate in the Euroes 2022, in England. But I guess when your from Denmark , no natter how good you are, you will never win the Ballon d ‘Or or FIFA. Michael Laudrup never won it either, despite being the best in the 1990 ties. These Awards are political and mean nothing .

Making it sound like they're being pushed out by the club. Everyone knows they're a couple and if they want to be together, why be a stumbling block to their happiness. Of the two, Pernille is the one Chelsea would love to keep but the two want to be together and Chelsea is no prison for any player. Ericksson is a bit on the decline. Harder missed half the season we still won the league. erikkson couldn't get a game most of last season till injuries. I don't think so . They were out of contract and wanted to move, how can you regret somebody elses decision . good luck to them

Magda leaving is fine. She is ofcourse a legend and has done her part. But she is getting worse day by day. Nouwen will be a perfect replacement. She won't hit the ground running soon but will be good in long run. Harder leaving hurts because I feel she still has 2 yrs of top level football remaining. But we all know if Magda leaves, Harder will also leave. So, we have no choice but to let Harder go as well. Wish them all the best and thank you for being a part of Chelsea. Love them both. Hope Macario is brilliant. In a way, its good that Harder is being replaced an absolute quality player who is just 23.

I believe they were offered a demanding one year contract..instead of the usual 3 year contracts. Emma Hayes says she found Pernille "eccentric" which to me means she did not get the best put of Pernille and esp. with all the shifting of positions during this rough last year. Having a hamstring injury requires a long rehab. Magda was also injured during the long times without Bright, Buchanan and she had to compensate for the holes in defence. Bright did not have a good year and made many mistakes. Madga is plenty fast as you can see, she beat Bunny a few times. Old age is just a poor excuse. The most prolific scorer of both women and men is Sinclair and she is almost 40. I have no idea what will happen but we will miss the creativity of those two players, they were on fire when injury free. The team played more games than anyone and without proper rest and recovery, there will be more injuries which eventually will cut careers short.

No player is irreplaceable, but if they get Macario, she may need time to adjust due to the injury and get used to another league. The irony that they brought in a player to dispute Magda's place but they never covered the left side of the defense correctly, they alternate between Charles and Carter that their blunders had to be saved by Magda and just this year it was not the best. It should also be noted that they play very far behind and do not have a good midfield to defend or generate play, and if your defense is not strong it is more evident, that is why it is somewhat rare that they criticize magda for not being so sure clearing when they never covered the left side correctly.

As far as am concerned, Erickson is very poor this season especially in Champions league matches, if not for injuries to Buchanna, Bright and Pernilla we for reach final. I wish Todd Boehly will splash the cash and get us Wendie Renard of Lyon. Pernilla will be missed surely no doubt. They should spend money and buy players since the women team are winning trophies naaa, Todd should invest more in these women abeg. I want to see Ella Tone in Chelsea !!! You regret making wrong choices, and Chelsea had no choice in this matter. And even if they had, there's nothing to regret. They've got four centre-backs who are better than Eriksson. She won't be missed. Harder is a greater loss, but she's been out almost this entire season, and they've still been on fire in all competitions.
