the feng at 3:07 was literally blinding at feel level. You can use mods to have client sided visuals such as old animations. And im led to believe this feng was using them because she is absolutely not aiming the flashlight at you on her screen. Which most likely makes the rest of them using mods as well, and along with animation mods such as that, you can also use wallhacks and other subtle cheats. So you were most likely going against cheaters in this match

Playing killer is so mentally draining. One game and I always have enough. Depending on the killer, it often feels so helpless even when survivors aren't doing anything insane, just playing by the book running from pallet to pallet. Maybe it's just me, but I don't care at all if I'm killed as a survivor. There's nothing the killer can do to really tilt me, tunneling, camping, I can't really care, on to the next match. But what survivors can do to upset me when I'm the killer? Oh boy.

Reality is only certain killers are viable at all and trapper certainly isn’t one of them. One thing you can try that helped me is just going all aura builds no gen slow down. Accept you’ve lost before it’s even started. This works well with a strong killer like huntress. Just concentrate on fun chases and hatchets. Don’t even give a second thought to who gets out. It’s all about the chases. Nothing else matters.

Just got a similar game, but the survivors also brought me to the game on purpose. Luckily I had just equipped a vault destroyer legion with enduring and spirit fury. They didn’t know what was coming to them and got them all at the last gen.

I love playing killer but honestly its just so exhausting and annoying 90% of the time. I would consider myself not a new player but not an experienced as well, with a little bit over 800 hours probably 60% of which as survivor. Yesterday I decided to try Chucky for the first time, I get into a lobby and i see 2 Megs and 1 claudette p0 and im like, okay cool, it will be a chill game vs new players so I can see how chucky works, perfect. They turned up being like giga chad mega super good SWF, at first I thought I was just bad for missing my hits but they were constantly doing 360 spins, they knew all checkspots in loops, they knew exactly when to change direction or to spin me in my charge, I managed to down someone 2 times and I was instantly swarmed by the rest body blocking, it just felt extreamly miserable being there and I was thinking, Imagine being that competitve at this fun game at the point where you start a smurf account so you can play vs bad killers and ruin the experience for them just so you can win. When I started playing this game I had so much fun, which was like a year ago and its been my main game since then cuz I really love it but recently I find myself playing it less and less because its just miserable playing vs this type of players constantly. And dont get me wrong, I am all for killers tunneling, camping and doing whatever they want or survivors gen rushing, body blocking, flashlight save etc, you paid for this game you play it how u want, but just you know, it feels kinda miserable playing it when 95% of the games are like that and it saddens me, cuz the game can be really fun.

This is so real. I had my first game with Xeno(I'm still kinda new to the game so hadn't gotten it yet), had a game on borgo with a Zarina, Mickaela, Sable and someone else who's name eludes me. All with boil over, DS, Power struggle, and a person with exponential boons, all of the offerings were to spread out the hooks, two people had toolboxes and the other two had flashlights. I managed to down sable and out of nowhere everyone is just swarming me body blocking, shining torches at me, and sabotaging every hook nearby, this game went on for a long time. So many teabags and flashlight clicks. I had no idea what to do because I'd never faced a team like that before so because I couldn't hook anyone I adapted and slugged the person who had exponential after getting rid of their boon. Got a lovely message through PlayStation when they won telling me how trash I was because I couldn't get a single hook. Needless to say I haven't touched Xeno since. Most stressful game I've had.

I took a month and a half or so break from killer. Survivor is just a relaxing time, even when I lose. I came back to killer and it's full of people who don't wish to win... they could all die at the end, after all gens done, but they got their goal done. The thing is that BHVR has overbuffed killers to offset SWFs, which has killed solo play mostly, and SWFs are still OP because comms fundamentally changes the game. 4 people communicating where the killer is at all times is far more powerful than any perk.

Maybe as a survivor you should only be allowed to share comms with one other player you select in the ready up lobby. Once this choice is made in the match you can only be on comms with that one other player in that match. When you think about it in terms of old school horror films like Friday 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street, etc none of those movies ever had comms back in the day 🤣 If everyone at camp crystal lake was wearing a headset and informing the other people where Jason was at all times, it would ruin the film entirely. I get that this is a game but if we want to bring down (slightly) this such OP 4 player swf dynamic, then it has to be regarding the comms and reducing/limiting that aspect.

What happened at the end is a bug. I play trapper a lot (he's my only P100) and this has been going on for a few months now. It's rare, but it happens after some vaults and the survivor won't scream and the animation will look a little 'off'. If you pick them up out of the trap, you will get stuck Having said that, he definitely took advantage and exploited the bug by waiting to wiggle out until he had some full health body blocks ready

It can actually be a bug or a server issue. Happened to me a couple of times, getting stuck at the location of a broken pallet/door, even a door that was opened because the gen is completed. Although it seemed very convenient for the survivors since it only happened to you at the time when it mattered the most for the survivors.

I'm not so sure it was a cheat it might have been a glitch. The same thing happened to me on Eyrie of Crows. A survivor vaulted a pallet and stepped in a trap I placed on the other side of the down pallet earlier. I broke the pallet, put her in the dying state, and then got stuck right where the trap was. The only thing I could move was the Trapper's head.

This is how most of my killer games are I find every survivor hard to play against when I am the killer but then when I’m the survivor they give me bad survivors that go down in 10 seconds lol dbd is very stressful 80% of the time

I'm not entirely sure it was a cheat at the end. it wouldn't SURPRISE me, but I've run into instances with Trapper where that scenario would happen if the trap was placed ever so close to a pallet.

So I actually don’t think the Dwight cheated at the end, let me explain why. There’s currently a bug where you can actually get stuck in your own traps. It’s really annoying and hard to get out of. I’ve had survivors get caught in a trap, get super lucky and wiggle out, and as I try to go over the trap and follow them I get stuck and have to violently wiggle my analog stick to get out. I’ve also picked survivors off the trap directly, like you did, and I get stuck with them on my shoulder. My usual method to avoid this is to whack them out of the trap rather than directly picking them up, especially in tight spaces. Of course I could be wrong, but as someone who has run into this issue with Trapper before, this looks like very similar territory to me. Sorry you got robbed of a 2K because of it. :( Edit: This has also been a thing for a while, much longer than the update issues.

100% Dwight cheated. Unless the stars aligned long enough for a convenient double heal and then wiggle off. He probably had a separate program he had to run and that's why he wasn't wiggling during the heal, or he was trying to keep you captive holding him. Either way, 1000% cheater

What if they made him throw down traps instead of set them but he doesn’t get haste. If the trap is set off or deactivated then you reactivate and gain haste. This would make the start of the game faster and more bearable

The game is stressful because it’s balanced around solo q play. So if you’re a survivor and you q up for a match you still have a chance of winning without being able to communicate with other survivors, knowing what perks they are running , where they are or what gens they are working on throughout the game. Once you have a team that can communicate, has unit cohesion, knows what perks they have and their location on the map etc. the balance shifts to the survivors and the chances of winning as a killer are very low. This is why every time they nerf a killer or there perks all it does is give these teams more of an edge.

I don't think the thing at the end was a cheat, I thinks it's a bug with the Trapper. I've had this happen to me a couple times and it's super annoying, your trap becomes bugged and touching it makes you get stuck in place. I even sent a support ticket to BHVR.

@@blackedhead I had the same thing happen to me right at the end of a match after killing all 4 survivors, as the last survivor was getting sacrificed I touched a trap and got stuck, and one of the survivors even said in the post game chat that he couldn't disarm that same trap because the game wouldn't let him. Yes, it seems very convenient that he got free just as the wiggle bar got filled, and it could be cheating, or it could just be a bug. Honestly with DbD it's impossible to say.
