Finally, someone bold enough to make an updated guide on AQ. Such an underrated gem. One of my favorite opening strats is to use the Ottomans as cannon fodder in the first QQ war since they won't occupy your claims unlike Ajam (Ajam is still really good to ally) then jump on Karaman during the same war (if they haven't allied Mamluks). I usually like to get Georgia and Treb before attacking the Ottomans (with Poles/Habsburgs). After that it's pretty much a walkover if you beat the Ottomans the first time. (There's also the easy marry Ramazan achievement)

Horde ideas (go from tribe to horde to monarchy) + aristocratic ideas + Aq national ideas (which happens to be overall excellent) + switching between tags = OP full cav or almost full cav built for cheap

16:26 Threaten war exists, and it bypasses stability penalites from royal marriage and good/great relations. The one drawback is once you're very strong the enemy essentially no longer refuses you in the first threaten, but versus ottomans they were guaranteed to refuse and thus you'd declare conquest war without gaining 1 war exhaustion and lose the 1 stability. Then you could just call Poland to arms and business as usual.

I have an interesting start with AQ I started with defensive idea and it works well. First I delete QQ and then I delete aajam and I make alliances with Poland,Timurids(Mughals) and Hungary then I just almost completely claim Anatolian peninsula. Than I open economic ideas and quality ideas.military ideas works with economic ideas pretty well. And I have pretty strength economy and well army.just I still lack of naval power.Now my target is mamluks. But this streamer mades insane strategy. I respected.

always on normal difficulty. And wait for 1.37 before playing trebizond, it will be a new experience:)

Don't worry bro Uzun Hasan was pretty good leader and in his army he has Türkmen and Kurdish commenders. If you read Azerbaijan history you can see who is the real heritage Of AQ and Safavids.

i was just playing aq qoyunlu (2nd try) , first try i did dead war aganist ottman and win so hard even get to take naples etc. but bankrupted and attacked by 3 country and rebels , ,n 5 year i get smaller then starting proviences xd,2nd try actually i got good allience seet so won aganist mamluk, ottoman coalition xd but soo much indebt and not sure i am going to ebe able to fix ( right now figthing timurids and ottoman same time and wining both. ottoman +41 tşurids -10 but i am just defending timurdis (that war was only to stop coalition forming

I feel you, i could see myself going bankrupt without Poland massively helping in the first war. Fortunately Mamluks are most of the time a really good goldmine.
