Fun Fact: Hex can also work when others inflict status conditions like wigglytuff sing, cinderace and charmander burn moves, or Mr. Mine confusion or psychic moves since they cause status conditions for a long period of time and it doesn’t have to be gengar will-o-wisp or gengar sludge bomb. So sometimes having a support pokemon with gengar can be helpful.

Fun fact: If you have a team comp that plays around hex (burn, poison, sleep, frozen or paralyzed) Gengar can spam hex the entire match. But I've never seen any teams do this.

Hex sounds good on paper cus it’s basically this spam ability that deals considerable damage, the problem is with stuns and if your full heal is not ready you can only hope that the damage you did is enough.

I think Hex does scale well because it does double damage on inflicted characters. That’s why it seems to do so much damage late game when your SP attack is so high.

Dream eater is good when the enemy is mainly squishy pokemons and only have like 1 defs and 1 all rounder And Hex is good when the enemy team is mainly tankier pokemons you can really melt them down Both skill set have completely different purpose for me

Sadly right now Mimikyu does a better job than it and with this moveset you'll struggle if there's lot of CC. I think dream eater should have its nerfs reverted (range) and it needs some buffs for its passive and unite move.
