I have been going first strike lux for months, I don't change it for anything as my primary rune as it brings me the best results, I do however swap between sorcery, domination or even resolve as my secondary depending on the lane match.

does not going absolute focus and gathering storm feel weaker late for you? I'm scared of being more versatile in secondary tree because I hate not having the late game ap

I thought I replied to this. It does feel a little weaker but they have their purpose. If the team has a tanky jungler, support, top. Or two of these, I might consider going domination with cheap shot and ultimate hunter because with these I keep waves at bay and I always use teleport, teleport let’s me stop the enemy split push or if I am safe, do a split push myself. I have gone resolve vs assassins like zed and fizz, it does help me stay alive and keep them from roaming. When I don’t use gathering storm and absolute focus, I always to go ring for mejais and keep my stacks up. If I am feeling confident and I don’t wanna use resolve I will go crown and banshee, but I have felt, and this might be wrong, that going for crown and banshee affects my dps a lot than just adapting my secondary.
