There are still a lot of people that play this game and I am on ps5 but I’m pretty sure it’s got a pretty solid player base on all platforms that it is on. And yes you can talk to anybody in the game chat that means once you turn the game chat mic on anybody near you can hear you and talk to you. Hope that helped!
