@@becausewin you literally have over a minute of time after taking the order to wait, it takes like a second to check and make sure that you have the whole order ready. there's no "pace" to it other than what you create yourself. in any case in a normal run there will be times when the kitchen falls behind, so best practice is just to pay attention

You can put the pizza dough in the oven, then add the sauce and cheese then cook. Dragging the dough to the oil is also faster in most kitchen builds. Plates and sink should be near the counters.

NL has one of the most impressive recall abilities I've witnessed. I'd enjoy seeing him learn how automation works in this game and apply his sharp problem solving mind to creating full automation restaurants. It's a true challenge, but I think he'd find it fun/rewarding. Especially in this series, with Malf and Baer, who are already strong players, if you guys don't get into the automation endgame, it will be an actual travesty 😵 Tip: go to options menu and select "blueprints appear outside" 😋

NL and Baer both made a mistake on that loss. NL served early and Baer refused to use the oven. I know it's just a game but this almost bring me to insanity, move the sink closer if you're using it every pizza, why keep multiple raw pizzas on the counter while the oven is free. Waiting for the hob when there's nothing in the oven and two slices on the said hob. I can't say I'd do better and it doesn't matter if I would but these playthroughs are some of the most aggravating things I've watched lmao, maybe it's like a perfectionist min/max thing? When they are in a zone it's the most satisfying thing to watch and I enjoy it so much but when there's thing that you know will help out performance it's just gives me so much anxiety. Let me know if you feel the same. No shade at all btw this is still enjoyable either way.

the kitchen layouts are so painful to look at. really not that diffecult to see how to optimize it. It genuinly looks like there is intention to design it poorly just by how terrible the layout is. In reflection it isnt a suprise as he did state he is challanged in shapes... would make sense for him to not be able to make a simple layout.
