I feel like the barrier on revive and RCV -bind are the really big issues here. ps. as far as i know, it still works

I feel that a better captain ability for Nami would be to remove the 10 turns of paralysis, and instead of burn she would remove despair, bc I don't see much content in which enemies give burn
