Meaning of delegate… What do you mean by keep yourself first
@lolong5976
@lolong5976 Жыл бұрын
@@mahakjain913 "if you open a company put yourself first" means if you start a company then you should always prioritize yourself first. Cause it's "your" business and you should always do what "you" want. Obviously if your decision goes wrong then you should take all the accountability. But you shouldn't listen or get influenced by people around you, investers, management team, customers, etc. Cause if you keep listening to any of them verry often then you slowly lose your power as the leader, entrepreneur of your own business lol. And delegate means to appoint another person or people to handle jobs for you. Like you alone cannot run a business. You do need people to take minor decisions so you yourself can handle more important tasks. Like appointing skilled managers to different departments. And now if you think about it, both this points are contradictory to each other. Like the author went hypocrite here. Welcome to doglapan lol

@@lolong5976 thanks for the reply… I understood… But I disagree with the delegate part, like you are appointing people for work, u r not letting them take major decisions, it’s like you will interfere when you have pb with your employees decision you can always prioritise your decision… Final call will be of the owner only…😎

We cannot just make judgements about India. We have to take note of the history and system adopted by India today is a result of it. The way teachers behave today is a mirror image of how the British school teachers functioned, insulting students especially Indians and called them dimwits. We have carried the same culture ahead now. The gurus of Bharat were far more superior. The next comment by nitrous fuel, we became mouse because of invaders who came like mouses and looted everything to develop their places.

I agree with all the points in this book though I think it's much better to be polite and humble with people, unlike Ashneer. It certainly increases our social life and builds better friendships and trust among peers. This is something that Ashneer failed to understand in his life. He has achieved way more than most of us have but that doesn't mean he is perfect. I believe every human has drawbacks. Don't just blindly follow anyone.

Humility is one among top 5 personality traits, it's ok to be nice if it's you, just be you, accept yourself and then keep improving yourself in right direction that's it. No need to be rude or disrespectful to anyone just be you if you're nice by your own nature be that......aum nmh Shivay 🌙

See Humility bhi unn logon ke saamne dikhani h jo inexperienced h ya tumse junior ya kaam seekh rhe h. Because kyuki unke pass complete knowledge nhi hoti toh woh tumhare against scheme nhi karte. And you'll indirectly win their favour. But those who're experienced in that field are a different case to show humbleness. I'm not saying that you should disrespecting them or humiliate them or looked down on those people. But just be observant and aware of their tactics.

It's not that I'm telling that to everybody should be disrespectful to them,No that's not I wanted to say in my opinion you can learn from them as a mentor but don't let them walk over you. For anyone wondering about starting a business becoz job is paying you less as stated by Ashneer then don't do it recklessly since he had a salary of 80 LAKH per annum(which is still a dream of every single earning individual in India including myself) around 2009 and if we take studies into account then acc to Bloomberg in 2018 having income around 60 lacs puts you in top 1% which means at that time he was already in upper middle-class range and in top ~0.8% of the population in 2009. So please consider every variable while making such decisions.

He seems to be of a straight forward personality type of guy who speaks what is in his heart which is hard for the people of the world we live in to accept.

1,Dont trust ppl blindly: Except me 2.Dont Tell your Secret: Because telling everyone how you are looting your own company is not very smart, is it? 3.Spend time with ppl above you: Who no one is 4.Always try to give preference to your Family: Of course, because when you loot other's hard earned money to buy a porshe for your 'family', you can ride it too sometimes 5.Job will not make u rich: But guess what will....ha exactly 6.If you open a company put yourself first: So that no one can imagine in their wildest dream that you are the one stealing the money secretly 7.Delegate-Delegate-Delegate: Copy paste what you heard from others.

After watching this video now I'm more big fan of Ashneer. He is like coconut 🥥 Rude from outside & Soft person from inside. He has been rude because of these incidents that happened with him in the past. In this world it is required to be like that because of some cunning fox people.
