This is why our willow was unsafe!

We had to fell a willow in the garden and people wanted to know why - I think this explains it!

Always sad to loose a tree. But safety first!

We're fairly sure this tree was coming down with, or without us! Five years ago we planted rare specimen trees around it (holm oak, wild service, hornbeam, small leafed lime & spindle). They will really benefit from the extra sunlight that they will now get 🙂
