He should have returned the money back to the girl, knowing that his sister didn't have the need for operation anymore. He should have been glad and thankful to return it. She trusted that he was going to pay her back, but he abused her kindness. Maybe God was putting him to the test because when he went to the hospital, his sister was completely healed by God. Big lesson here, if you know you are going to Barrow and not pay back, don't do it at all. Things and time have changed,people are not grateful nor appreciative anymore, and we have to be very careful to whom we give or render our services. We are living in a time now that people are being lovers of themselves and will use and abuse others every chance they get.
