I joined COD mid season 2 and I am hooked. I've played Warzone and Resurgence and all the others and nothing compares to DMZ. Absolutely love it and will never play anything else. If COD gets rid of DMZ, they lose another player of their of the franchise.

I didn't bother with DMZ until a few months ago. I play it now because: A: it was free. B: I had already a ton of stuff unlocked because I played MW left and right and didnt even know it. C: it's a nice change of pace from Tarkov and other Extraction Shooters. D. I had a decent size group of friends that play it still. E. my PC BARELY breaks a sweat running it at Max GFX, lol. F. cross play, if I get tired of sitting at PC, I can goto couch and play on Xbox.

A big reason so many people still play DMZ is because Warzone may be one of the worst Battle Royale games available. DMZ is different. And WAS much more fun before people tried to turn it into Warzone. It’s a shame the content stopped. Used to be the only time people wanted to fight was trying for the same materials needed for missions. Now it’s dodge the PvP and regain from the last PvP that camped a building or 3rd/4th party whipped you the previous round.

This is just a personal thing I like about DMZ, it feels like a mercenary simulator and I love it. I really like mercenaries and this pleases me a lot. You can also do takedowns on the non player enemies which is seriously fun.
