And was released on bail, based on that injunction. What did he do, upon his release? He continued making defamatory publications from the States. Court passed an order to release Akpi within 48hrs and the Nigeria police refused "what should we do about it" an intelligent question, Lucky Udu, the barrister and poor Nigerians couldn't answer. The issue is not on the Nigeria police, the issue is on the court. Nigeria is in a big mess if Nigeria police is above the court. Akpi case is another good example of the "Nigeria and It's Criminal Justice System" but again and again we keep putting the blame on the police. Court granted Nnamdi Kanu bail and DSS refuses to release Nnamdi Kanu. So many Nigerians are in detection today not because the court didn't grant their freedom but it's because the police refuses to release them. What a joke ???? Let's go to court is not a good decision for the poor in Nigeria. When court grants you bail, police may still keep you in detection and there's nothing the court will do. Lucky Udu will never use his platform to expose Nigeria and It's Criminal Justice System but rather putting the blame on the Nigeria police.
