Welcome back to my channel. today I'm sharing transparency. Life has been a lot and my air is also a lot to take care of so i often neglect it. I keep doing this and not learning my lesson, I'm trying. anyways, i needed extra help so i added baking Soda to my wash day

A lot of women don’t realize that even if you do nothing to your hair for 3-4 months it still sheds hair daily. When you detangle your hair the shedding comes out.

At 3 months your hair in any protective style is going to begin to lock up. That’s why people usually get there hair done once a month. Especially with 4c hair, it already wants to dread up and it easily holds in place if it’s not touched by water.

I cannot. At the end of the 3 months my hair would be gone and my scalp. Just skull left.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I shampoo once a week. I detangle with a seamless wide tooth comb before I wet my hair. If my hair is particularly dry and/or tangled, I leave the pre-poo on for 30 minutes with a cap and then I use the wide-tooth comb. I cannot deal with tangles in the shower. Any further tangles I will have to deal with after I have deep conditioned and applied my leave-in detangler. I know a lot of people detangle in the shower but I and my hair 😂😂😂😂 do not like it. We need hot tea, streaming, 20 sectioning clips and a lot of leave-in detangler to get the job done

I just finished untangling my hair after going 3 months and they were in literal LOCS it took me almost 2 weeks to fully untangle.

Using Aloe Vera leaf is great for detangling and moisturizing. It has great slip and will cut your detangling time in half.

A bit of advice. You should still detangle your hair even though you don't wash it. Don't wait to wash your hair to detangle it.

lol yes she was in the voiceover haha and then i eventually kicked her out. it absolutely easy to wash out espeically since youre adding it with the shampoo

Try detangling hair while dry with the oil first reduces amount of hair shed.

Your hair is very healthy. Do you think not washing as often helped your hair retain even more length? I noticed a lot of the type 4b 4c naturals with the longest thickest hair don't shampoo every single week more so biweekly or once a month.

we all shed differently, if you've always shed like this then its normal but if it just started happening then i would be more alert

Also be sure to check your iron levels. Not hemoglobin but ferritin levels. Low iron can cause more shedding than normal…
