Thank you for the video. I had to laugh when you talked about putting towels under the hat to give it support, because that's what I was doing. I was getting so frustrated with doing that and still getting scorch lines on my hats. Thanks again for the video and convincing me of what 360 IQ can do and how it's better than the cheap hat press I got off of Amazon.

I see it’s 10amps. Can it be plugged into standard wall outlet? If not, what’s required electrically to use for home based apparel business?
@esentl3 жыл бұрын
this machine runs at 120 volts so 20amp switch 12/2 direct line and breaker is most likely what I would run in a home base setup, I was lucky my home being older I have 20amp breakers in the whole box, use my link to the press if you decide to order helps me out and does not cost you a thing, if you have any other question just reach out via instagram or email

I have this hat press and it does not work good with DTF prints when using the pad.. To make it work I have to remove the pad then I end up with a crease.. Funny though because I see the the manufacturer’s video has the same problem and they blamed the adhesive or lack of it..
@esentl3 жыл бұрын
I would think with a DTF transfer which would come off similar to a plastisol transfer I would not use the foam pad... I would maybe try using a thinner silicone pad and up the dwell time....DTF and this press is something I have yet to experiment with

Great video!! How does it work on beanies. Some of the thicker ones I find my press kind of messes up the sides.

@@esentl also, last question, I don’t see any video information on adjusting the pressure, with my GeoKnight I have to adjust the top and move the bottom forward or back to get the pressure perfect and the top and bottom to meet up evenly. Does the bottom move?
@esentl4 жыл бұрын
There is a knob on the top that you adjust and the digital display will show the pressure readout, there is no need to adjust the bottom at all
