I don't think those are worms because x rays usually show your bones but in that one picture you can see the worms and I don't think worms have bone. Or do they? If you know tell me.

It’s not a traditional x-ray where only bone shows, it’s a sort of mri scan that shows the flesh inside of you…if uknow what I mean.
