@@nuviaerivez5876 I agree with you to a point, but a lot of people that own land or farms get dogs that live outside. Their job is to watch the land, it's not exactly the same as a house pet. They have a role in the family, just like the people do. But usually these dogs are trained to patrol the land, they're not locked up in a section of fence. If they were going to contain her, there's no reason she shouldn't of just been in the house instead.

Despite the terrible act committed by the town's folks on this man, I can understand why they did what they did. There comes a point when you can't wait for the law to do its job. If people (in this case, kids) are in imminent danger you have to act NOW. I can't imagine how horrible a man this must have been if he was cruel or abusive when he was alive, and now, in death, still seems to have some power over people and animals.

@MrBallen Oh man I wish I had seen this when you uploaded this! I live about `15-30 minutes away from Slanesville in Hampshire county, Eastern panhandle. First of all, family cemeteries are relatively common here. I had a co-worker who lived in the sticks halfway between my place and Slanesville, and his folks were buried on their land in a family cemetery. Also, West Virginians are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I can't count the times I've been helped out by strangers (I'm originally from DC) so much so that it convinced me to switch careers and become a resident!. I had an acquaintance 10ish years ago whose family had permissi9on to be on the bad man's" property. He knew that I went ghost hunting as a hobby, and asked if his mom could borrow some of my gear, to which I agreed. I had a full spectrum still camera and light, a k-2 metre, a spirit box... they didnt want to borrow my Thermal, Kinex camera full spectrum camcorder or any other gear. They returned my gear but said they couldn't find anything, but they did say they had some creepy voices come from the SB-7 spirit box and the K-2 flashed a few times. I checked out their photos. and most were the usual creepy abandoned farmhouse at night. Looking closely, I saw a smudge in one of the windows of the house. I enlarged it and saw a humanoid figure in the window. I showed it to the guy and he said a chill ran down his back, as did his mother's. I've not been to that house as I do not have permission, and do not know where it is. Unfortunately, the acquaintance moved away and I no longer have a way of getting into contact with them. I Love this state because it is so rich in history; much of it paranormal.

I am from southern WV, but reside in TN now. I was very intrigued by this video,, especially taking place in my homestate. I decided to finish watching this on Sunday night. I am at home with my two toddlers because my husband works nights. I started this video after 11 p.m. and finally got my baby girl to sleep by 11:10 or 11:15. By 11:20 I was calling 911 because an intruder broke into my home and was in my daughter's room. Thank God she was with me in my bed with my other child. By the time I heard him stepping on her toys and them singing and making all the toy noises I let my dogs out of the room I was in and they chased him out of my back door.. he jumped the gate and was gone before I could even lay eyes one him. No one was hurt and nothing was taken. I just thought it was worth telling everyone that I was watching a mrballen video while someone broke into my house. Something that has never happened to me before in my life. I freak myself out enough as it is watching the strange, dark and mysterious, but I'm sure I'll be hyper vigilant from now on. Lol

But again she likes to make up stories and stuff so I just figured it was her imagination... A cpl days later im walking theough and i walk past the door of her room and theres the scary white lady standing next to her bed looking at her... When i walked in to the room she was gone but I told her to leave my kid alone and my daughter hasnt said anything about her since... Yeah then there was the guy that walked into my daughter room clear as day i thought he was an intruder he walked through my kitchen into the hallway i was shocked holy shit someones in my house vut it was even weirder vecause this person made no noise what so ever as they walked through this man made eye contact with me as he was walking he walked roght through my daughter door of our old house and disappeared idk if my son seen him as he was actually closest to the door but he was only like 1 1/2 2 at the time and it happened so quick I set my son fsrther back on the bed as I got up from my perch and was right after this man i mean like 1 sec difference cause I was up before he even turned to go to her room he was just freaking gone.... I checked everywhere he was nowwhere and no other way out of that room but the door the windows were blocked by a table on the porch he wouldnt have been able to a get them open without struggle they were old wooden windows the house was old enough that it belonged to the very first postmaster of the town we lived in but people did die there but the man i seen was too modern to have been the original owner... I've seen videos of very smart dogs climbing the fence of their dog runs to escape. If this dog was terrorized while the family was gone it could have escaped to save itself, but not ever having been shown the neighborhood she didn't know how to get back home once her flight instincts wore off.

Euggghhhhh, this hit hard! When I was a kid I was always SUPER freaked out by windows at night. If I had to close my curtains after dark I would close my eyes to do it. My biggest fear was seeing someone in the window. THEN as a teenager one time I got woken up really early in the morning by my friend who lived with us coming into my room before she went to work that day. She opened my bedroom door, turned on the light, but she didn't say anything. I was SUPER hung over, so I just sat up and could barely see and was like huh, what's up? But then she turned it back off, closed the door, and left for work out the backdoor beside my room. I could see her walk by through my curtains because it was still dark and the motion sensor light went off, then the back gate opened and she went to the front to her car. I figured she had needed something but didn't want to disturb me, so I went out in the hallway to get my cell out of my coat pocket from the night before and see what was up, since I was already awake. I couldn't find it anywhere, and was so upset I had lost it AGAIN, because my parents would give me shit for it. I went to our landline instead and called her cell. She answered very confused and groggy, asking why I was calling her at 4 am and waking her up. At first I was so confused, I was a kid really, and I was hung over, well probably still drunk actually. I just went what? You woke ME up on your way to work! She was like what are you talking about, I am in bed right now. It was only then that I realized someone had come into our back door, gone through my things in the hallway, taken my phone, and then come into my room. I never told my parents about it because they were always giving me a hard time about forgetting to lock the back door. You can bet I never forgot to lock that door again after that! I also got a lock for my bedroom. *edited for typo

“She probably has an imaginary friend” Ghost: *moves balloon and gives clear signs* “Am I a joke to you?”
@thevoicelessone54474 жыл бұрын
Actually, if a balloon has a helium leak, it will gain and lose altitude at random intervals. Almost 90% of what people think are ghost activities, actually have a logical, and more realistic reasoning behind them that can be proven over the alternative. But people like to take the next biggest leap and run away with it, which is why so many ghost hunters end up wasting time at places that are claimed to be haunted and never get anything caught on tape or recording.
@jakebcroy45604 жыл бұрын
The Voiceless One I’ve seen this comment probably 300+ times. But the matter isn’t focused on a “balloon moving”, the attention is focused on how a string can tighten with little to no force being put on it. A balloon moves, this is established, but a string doesn’t tense up in itself. There are plenty of unnatural phenomena that humans can not explain logically, it’s okay if you don’t know how
@thevoicelessone54474 жыл бұрын
@@jakebcroy4560 when a balloon is hovering, with it's string dangling straight down, how can you tell if some one is holding the string when it's straight? You can't, because it's parallel with your hand, why would a hand, even a ghosts, go into such an unnatural position to hold a balloon string? If this string can be held up by helium, it can be blown by an air vent. Now, I'd also like to point out that you did not say "string", you said "balloon moves" so if you're going to "focus on the string", then actually say the string. No reason to be a passive aggressive asshole.

@@thevoicelessone5447 you're the one in the movie who dies first because you don't run when you're supposed to
@thevoicelessone54474 жыл бұрын
@@Koda716 why, because this is totally real, and not the premise of a mediocre horror movie? Because I think rationally, don't jump to far reaching conclusions, and understand that if it's a spirit I'm dealing with, it's influence in *my* world is severely limited, and that it has absolutely no way to actually harm me? If it were a human, that's different and far more provable that they are there(yeah, I mean people secretly living in the house and messing with shit or watching you) easier to deal with than a entity that can only slightly move objects. And at that point it's questionable whether or not it's an actual spirit that is even there, seeing as how a lot of what they "move" is easily explainable and debunked by investigators who solve these long fabled "hauntings". Do you even know what a Fear Cage is? Google it. More often than not, that's all a haunting is. Things are a lot more easily explainable than what most people want to believe in their fantasy worlds, and work themselves up over literally nothing. So let's step down to that child level of yours, if you want to compare me to any sort of person in a movie, I'm the one who lives until the end because I don't take any dumb risks out of fear and know when exactly to squeeze the trigger, and how many times to do it.

A chain link fence divided my back yard and our cities Cemetery-which when we originally moved to this street at the end of the road-we were across the STREET from same Cemetery. 2yrs later, we ended up moving down that exact same street, but on the other side, where everything was right behind us. Crazy, cause that first house was legitimately and dangerously haunted with some purly evil entities, the second house, albeit closer, wasn't bad at all...I used to go back there and just sit with the quiet often...do some homework, or read a book. In 1953 (Damn, where DOES the time go?) I and my sister were living with our grandparents, I was 4, my sister was 3, so our bedtime was early in the evenings. My being here writing this is all the "proof" of the other side I need. My mother had been in an orphanage as a young child, and was extremely sick one night, she said she knew she was dying, but we're talking about the early 30's when this happened, and the orphanages weren't known for their "care" of the orphans, so she knew no one cared. My mother told me the room they slept in had no lights, it was pitch black at night, so there was nothing that could have cast what she saw, she said she saw her mother's eyes move across the wall and sit in the corner looking at her, and she heard her mother's voice tell her she was going to be OK, and she went to sleep. The next morning her fever had gone, and she got better almost immediately. While my mother was home alone one night in 1953, and I and my sister were at our grandparents house, she told me she was sitting in her chair reading when she saw movement out of the corner of her eye, and when she looked over she saw her mother's eyes in the corner of the room. She said that when she looked at them fully, the eyes moved across the wall and stopped above a picture of my grandparent's house. The picture fell off the wall and broke, and her mother's eyes disappeared. She came and got us immediately and took us home, she had to carry us because it was past our bedtime and we were falling asleep. Several hours later a can of paint too close to the furnace (coal burning) exploded, setting the basement on fire, almost trapping my grandfather downstairs when he had gone to check on what had exploded, the flames shot up through the stairwell (old house made of wood back then), cutting access off to the second floor, where my sister and I would have been sound asleep.The house burnt completely to the ground, my grandfather was slightly burned, my grandmother made it out safe. But my sister and I would have had no chance of rescue, we would have surely died that night. I have absolutely no reason to doubt or question what she told me, she wasn't a woman that made things up. So I've reached an age where I HAVE to admit - there is some strange shit happening. I've seen things I can't explain. There ARE spirits, demons, creatures, "shadow people", ghosts, poltergeists, and many other "supernatural" beings(?) out there, and that's a freaky thing to realize and accept. Where do you go from there?

You go to the history before "occult" deemed everything outside of Christian values evil to check your history and what you'll always have with you and that though scary as ever some are good and what you can bring along that will outnumber whatever evils find you. I fully believe children are susceptible to seeing things. Just the other day I'm almost positive my 5 month saw something... I also believe in "vibes/feelings" def whenever weird things happen, it unsettling. But, the majority of the time, the ghost isnt evil. I believe that they, like us could get lonely. And that's when we see a random thing happen that's out of the ordinary. I've also heard the more you feed into an energy, or talk about it, the worse it can get. Not going into a full story I guess, but my sisters ex lived in a house that u believe was some kind of port and some scary ass shit would happen. Needless to say, the feel is different when its malevolent..

Your house is presumably intruded and your toddler son has had his arm broken in the middle of the night by a monster that came through his window, but you leave for work the next day meaning you leave your family behind in that very same house, without a car and without a guard dog for a week.
