I like Penn Reels, Size 6000 or 8000 And rods if your wanting a cheaper rod I would go with a Diawa beef stick or a Diawa FT

@@jonathanpena22 If you want to save alot of $, you can buy and fish with a cheap walmart rod and reel combo that will pull in whatever at galveston. Don't be one of those dumbasses that spend a couple thousand $ for a custom 1911 just to use it to shoot rats in the backyard.
