Never thought about this before. Makes sense. Thank you again Lily for another great to the point, no padding out with waffle, video.

This isn't cutting-edge instruction. It's a Ginsu knife slicing through every swing flaw!! I've never heard an instructor with so many thoughts and concepts never expressed before. And more importantly, it is so easy to understand!! Best online instruction out there. Period.

Loved the shoulders, never thought of this yet so obvious, definitely stirred me enough to hit the subscribe button. Thank you.

I love her videos, they are all about showing us what to do or not versus most videos that talk talk talk...

Tense shoulders creeped into my swing and has caused me alot of missed opportunities on the course. Thanks so much for sharing these tips.

Lily is just brilliant! Golf fact: as you get older you get less flexible. You quite naturally then compensate for this reduced flexibilty with random, somewhat panicky swing changes. On the fly in the middle of a competition sometimes. Then your timing goes, your fluidity goes. Your confidence goes. Your previous beautiful simple swing disintegrates in a mass of contradictory swing thoughts. Sound familar to anyone? It's a tough game, isn't it?

Thank you, Coach Lily. This is the clearest demonstration of how to reduce tension during a swing that I’ve ever seen. Please continue making such excellent videos.

Yesterday I was watching videos I had taken of my driver swing. The results were not bad, but I noticed a strange stiffness or jerkiness in my swing. I couldn't work out what it was but it was not a smooth flowing swing. Having watched your video it is tension and raised shoulders that I saw in my swing! I will practice this and see if there is a change. Thank you, Lily.
