Love your interpretation of the video. I read a comment theorizing that the "prequel" part is ironic and the video actually takes place in the future, after all the other videos. It makes sense if you actually pay attention, the world is seemingly in a post-apocalyptic state where the people in charge have access to futuristic technology while the regular people live in tents out in the desert. The people are also praying to a statue of him in the suit that he only finds after being crucified in this video, as evident by the wounds on his hands from being crucified when he finds the suit. In Watch the World Burn he is trying to do good but isn't accepted for who he is, which turns him in to the villain that destroys the world. My take is that in this video the rulers make him their puppet messiah to control the people, but as he walk among the people he realise they are just mindlessly copying everything he does. He also walks around in the complex of the rulers and sees the pregnant women being treated like cattle, decides trying to make the people rise up to fight back but the people are too brainwashed and just keep praying to a statue of him. The rulers notice what he is trying to do and crucify him for going against them, he explodes on the cross and tears everything down again. The angels come down to get him while the demons try to drag him down until he rejects them all to take his own path free of their influence. After he tore everything down he follows the giant red beam in the desert that leads him to his old suit that is hidden away, which could mean a few different things.

Agreed, I'm always a little annoyed by that, because it's up to the reactor to do what THEY want to do, if they want to pause 10 times in the middle of the song, that's their right, everyone enjoys music differently and if some people have a problem with that style they shouldn't watch it, especially when I, for example, warn people in advance of that. Sometimes, I pause a ton. Sometimes, I don't. It all depends on how the music hits and if it feels right :)

@DGReacts I think so, too! There are a lot of people who watch it all through, why bother others with that? I love to see what reactor thinks about a certain part of the clip or the song, it creates discussion and the meaning the author put into its creation, the song doesn't miss its coolness in any way
