In the last 2 weeks, I have lost 2 friends of many years and my dearest dog friend who died suddenly. My heart is broken in way I didn't know. So today, I slept and dreamed deeply. And cried. I am having a very hard time. The grief is weighing me down physically. The greater consciousness is a connection as I practice Zen. In God and Reiki we Trust. Day 6 of Fruit Juice and Raw Cows Milk fasting came to a stop because my online order for Raw Cows milk was delayed. Woke up yesterday morning feeling too low energy from fruit juice only at age 64. Went 4 days juice and cows milk fasting, 1 day juice only fasting. Have to wait until I get raw cows milk order delivered before I can continue fasting for longer than 5 days. I also see clearly how much my first 10 days of No TV house law has calmed my mind!
