I just want to clarify that the elf Halo Glow powder does not have pearl in it. It's synthetic sapphire which is used in "glowy" cosmetics (not glittery like mica is.) Some cosmetics DO use fine ground pearl so but the reason I'm being a nerd about it is that the Halo Glow is vegan. Pearl is not vegan, so just wanted to let vegan beauties know this product is fine to use! 🐇👍🏻

A couple things: I love this format. I feel like I learned so much from this by just watching you go at it. Secondly, I love LOVE that contour (ABH) on you. Don't go back to the other! Watch the video yourself and see how it matches the natural shadows of the skin on your neck and shoulders. It makes the face makeup look so natural and blend into your body contours. Last, I love how your pores just disappear with that Givenchy powder. That's the exact reason I'm obsessed with Nikkia Joy. I might give that a try then come back into your comments and update on which is best. I know all the influencers love it, but Nikkia Joy Velvet Finishing sets it and it didn't move. One more little thing. I recently got this little deluxe sample of Manna Kadar pressed powder, and it's very good in that it blurs and sets and doesn't move. I'm pretty impressed.

I wish you could do my makeup. I’m having so much trouble. I have not seen my husband in nearly a year. I have not had money to get my hair done nor buy new cosmetics. I’m going to look awful when I see him in June and I’m honestly really scared about it. I have very dry skin and I’m very pale. I don’t look good with just any old foundation as it looks caked on even if I use the smallest amount possible. I can use a liquidy serum style foundation for a more natural look, but finding something that matches, and is easy to apply is a unicorn for me. 💔😫 I wish I could have you go shopping with me and then give me a lesson on how to make my face look it’s best. 🙈😔

Rewatching this and, as always, the finished look was so pretty. 😍 REQUEST: 🫶🏼 Would you ever consider doing another effortless date night tutorial but with a *subtle* darkness around the eyes? Something for those of us who lean toward, what do they call it, dark romantasy? Similar to “office siren” looks but toned down a tad (like a little bit of darkness in the outer edge for a soft cat eye emphasis, but not a full Smokey eye). I hope this doesn’t sound so simple that it’s pointless. For context bc I’m so specific in hopes it helps paint the picture 😭, I like to mix a fresh look with soft dark elements since that’s my “aesthetic.” But not in a heavy way as it conflicts with the darkness and volume of my hair + the darkness of my eyes.
