The study of fossils is called "paleontology". ^^ I was obsessed with it when I was in middle and high school; wanted to make a career out of it but was discouraged by my parents (so instead, I tried cartooning which met with equal disapproval lol ). Archeology is the study of ancient civilizations and people via excavations. Unrelated PS: I put a gravestone on Redd's beach because he almost never shows up, so I figure he died at sea. I haven't seen him in...tomorrow marks 4 weeks (which is supposed to be impossible as the code is written so that you're supposed to see each NPC at least once every two weeks, but I haven't seen Redd all month thus far).

Wow, I love everything about this island! So many creative ideas I haven't seen before (like the archaeological site, the ruins, the environmental story-telling about the island's political squabbles, using the second house as a pub/restaurant). I also love the balance of nature/development they still have, and the sort of free-form, natural terraforming and house placements and how each area gradually transitions into the next... UGH, so much island envy!!

Sometimes, maybe even most of the time, but I've been in women's bathrooms that were terrible. One place where I worked was eye-opening. I honestly do not know why it always looked like a bomb went off in there. Some of the females just had no respect for the place and did whatever they wanted. So gross..

I multitask a lot so unfortunately I miss about 5 mins of the tour the first time usually. But I do always go back and rewatch. So when I saw him touring the island with his usual outfit I thought “hmmm...no outfit?” And so many minutes in I finally said out loud “Huh. The Simple Panels do indeed have some kind of texture on them. I've noticed it when I was making a brick design to make walls. I ended up letting the panel texture give it the brick texture instead of over-complicating the custom design xD I do like Nate and Beardo, but I'm more of a Beardo guy. Not that I've seen them on an island, just through videos. My island has a mayor campaign too so this gave me a lot more ideas xD
