25:21 If you give them the wrong shout, pause and go into tactics then cancel changes. the amount of times I tanked morale by encouraging a 3 - 1 up team instead of praising them until I figured this out

I’m playing a back 3 with attaching wing backs in a Christmas tree formation (5-2-2-1) at the moment and it absolutely cooks mate. The wings backs give you the width you miss with the two 10’s and no wingers.

I use that same 4-1-2-2-1 formation in my save, but with 2 carilleros in midfield, 2 AMCs on attack, and a poacher up top. Complete wingbacks on support provide essential width. It’s been very successful.

Loving the new series Kev. Brusch had a couple of shocking performances there amd is crippling your midfield, i would suggest dropping him, but you don't have any other DM's... perhaps try a flat 3 CM across the middle with an AM and 2ST?

i've found out that in the lower leagues fast counter attack tactics work very well, i've had 5-0, 6-1, and 4-1 wins back to back to back in League One and helped me to promotion into the Championship
