She's 32 and and has significantly more star power than anyone else on NXT. People can still learn and develop on the main roster. Truth is wrestlers really never stop learning as long as their active performers.

You seem to miss the point , same as WWE, Jade was a major star in AEW, trying to remake her image was a mistake, All WWE has to show for their effort is a woman that looks like the Jade that we all knew and loved from AEW, Jade came to wwe dressed like she was modeling lingerie and lost the attitude that made her famous, = an unnecessary make over that nobody wanted. they should bring back the old Jade, and while they are at it, bring back the old Raquel, Also, I have noticed that every time Jade has been in the ring with Lash, Lash knocks her down and I hope it's part of a coming story line.
