This jedi keeps dying over and over and over again. Jedi Master Shaak Ti has probably died on screen more times than any other character in the star wars universe.
In Revenge of the Sith alone the jedi master had two deleted death scenes, first at the hands of general grievous as Anakin and Obi Wan attempt to rescue palpatine. Then subsequently later at the hands of Anakin during the clone attack on the jedi temple.
In video games and in legends, the jedi master was killed by Starkiller and then there’s this… (lego)
And what’s funny about all of this is that none of these deaths are canon. Besides a clue given to us in yoda’s visions during the clone wars, the Jedi master’s death hasn’t even been confirmed.

That is the sole thing keeping her alive in canon past the Battle of Coruscant. You have no idea how much I was praying for the Battle of Coruscant in Clone Wars 2008 animation with Shaak Ti’s death there before I learned that though

In "Clone Wars" 2003-2005 Shaak-Ti remained alive, and Grievous didn't even take her prisoner. He wasn't interested in fighting a tired jedi, and it was implied that Grievous wanted to meet her in the future. Perhaps in 3 years (after the battle on Hypori) they met several more times, where Kimaen would have come to the idea that this jedi should be stopped alive for the excitement. Too different behavior of cyborg-kalish to togruta on Hypori and on Coruscant - on Hypori he did everything possible to kill her, but on Coruscant he almost flirted with her; as if the audience missed something.
