The tear by itself before completely building manamune does not stack off his Q is what he means. Once the tear item is completely built into manamune, yes it does. Thats why he said he didnt prioritize buying the tear until he could just buy the whole item. So that it will stack off his Q

Zwag its time to return to tank fiddlesticks mid, with heal and barrier, no need for flash, been having a ton of fun lately just having the mega drain power with visage, that support item giving ap/mana regen base bonus heal and shield power, and redemption as more heal/shield power, it makes barrier b i g, and your heal also b i g, the ultimate baiter, fun to see junglers try to gank only to see the fiddle unable to die. Mid laner can't do s h i t without help, tear into archangel for that shield also gets boosted by said items. For extra pure damage, R and redemption right away, it gives just the right time for your ult or fear to land a true damage redemption on the target. Or use it as you're backing away from a gank and summoners are on cd. Absolutely fun, frustrating for whoever is against, unless they got tons of cc...

Day-25 asking for Hybrid Ultimate CD Miss Fortune: Hexplate, Malignance, Essence Reaver, Axiom Arc, Black Cleaver, Cosmic Drive/CDR boots. Everything lowers her ult to less than 40 seconds not including if Axiom Arc procs which then you could ult 3-4 times easily in a fight.

If you're looking for some off meta builds it would be really cool to see your take on bruiser ahri. I have played it a decent amount myself (I am very bad though) and it seems viable. You basically try to leverage her passive healing with health and build burns to do a lot of kiting damage. My builds have been shakey at best but I have been going rod, heartsteele (I know it's late but its good for damage and sustain late regardless), liandrys, rift, frozen gauntlet and cosmic after cdr boots. If you decide to try to make good luck you will almost definitly want to make changes. Before you try also note conquerer doesn't stack seperately off of the different hit's on your w and q but I am also not good so it may just be a skill issue lol.
