That Darkseid portrait is really well done, the waves look amazing as well. Unfortunate that Superman portrait looks a little wonky. Seems to be a common theme with a lot of Superman statues.

Wonder Woman's pose looks underwhelming until you add the lasso. I thought that made a huge difference. Due to the large size, I have mine displayed on top of one of the art boxes. It all fits really well, and it's a good height.

It's odd - I think it looks better displayed separately. Together, it looks kinda messy - Batman, and Wonder Woman especially look a bit awkwardly tacked on. It's pretty awesome though - especially that wave, and Martian Manhunter.

Google or KZbin goosebumps: the haunted mask episode, then look at Martian man hunter’s face. You won’t see him the same and thank me later lol. Also, my least favorite parts of this dio are Wonder Woman, and green lantern’s ugly paint. I hate how XM keeps giving Hal that baby vomit green color instead of a bright green. It’s the same on the 1/6 rebirth Hal Gl statue too.

It’s an amazing statue, and in my favourite scale 1/6, you can only do these amazing dioramas in 1/6. The Aquaman piece steals the show with that amazing wave and brilliant portrait, Batman portrait is great too. But yea I don’t like the Superman portrait at all. Some companies totally butcher his portrait and this is one of those stinkers.

The issues with Superman’s face are: 1. Black spot on chin. Not sure if they are trying to imply stubble, but confining it to just that one spot is odd. 2. The jaw is significantly wider than the cheeks, which are in turn wider than the forehead, creating a trapezoid look and making an overall dumb shape to the head. I think they were trying to be reminiscent of an Alex Ross style face, but it fell apart and became cartoony almost like an ‘Incredibles’ character. 3. The nose is too tiny and narrow and reminds me of Michael Jackson 😅 4. The mouth lines in conjunction with the lips look feminine somehow. Maybe cause of the narrowness and color, but yeah if you sectioned that part off it would look like it belonged to Wonder Woman
