I don't blame you for calling the police, especially after the situation Kevin came upon a couple of years ago, you just never know what you are coming upon. What you do just isn't a help to the property owner but also to the neighbors and community, looks better, decreases mosquitos, vermin, less likely to have vagrants squatting, your work is such a great service to many💛of gold. It's winter here in PA, cold and snow. I miss doing lawnwork in my yard lol. Believe it or not, watching you and Kevin cutting these yards and seeing all the green and things growing helps me battle the seasonal depression. I work at a college so I'm off all summer, and last summer I started cutting the yards for 2 of my elderly neighbors and the empty house next door. Unfortunately that's all the further I can go because my mower and trimmer are both corded electric lol. I'd do more if I could but at least it's something. Great job as usual Robert :) And it's always nice to have appreciative neighbors.

Wow... that is ridiculously high and unkempt for the area. Truly dreadful how people don't take care of their property. Even IF they no longer live there, they should still be liable to its upkeep. The home looks nice enough from the front, yet its yard's poor upkeep makes everything look bad. At least there were no dead bodies inside the house. That would've made things quite tricky for you to clean up the property, at least for a little while.

Glad you called the cops and had them check it out. With the owner not being seen for 6 months he could have passed away in the house and no one knew about it. You just never know. You made this look so good again for the neighbors. All neighbors seem nice too.
