There are many comments regarding shut down issue. I bought this laptop for my friend and used it for 2-3 weeks, Mujhe Face nahi hua aisa koi issue that’s why i didn’t shared in review. Even still there’s no issue and many comments are positive too regarding the same laptop. So mujhe blame mat karo bhai 😅 What i think is ki kuch units me ye issue aaya hoga which Acer could have solved. (By replacing the laptops or solving the issue) because they are in warranty! Par Guys sabhi units me ye issue nahi hai, I recommend you ki aap log nearest Acer Service center par contact karke issue resolve karaiye. And please apni buying date & (kaha se buy kiya) wo share kijiye niche, So that pata lag paye ki maybe us time ke around hi kharab units sell hui hai ya nahi..

Don't buy it, automatic shutdown issue is there, even after 6 tech visits and 2 Times SSD replacement and battery replacement the issue is not fixed. U can refer to the Flipkart comment section. These KZbinrs upload anything without proper research.
