Today’s Leg Day Workout is focusing a bit more on quads, with the toughest workout of them all being the super set of hack squats into bodyweight sissy squats with no rest between. This super set obliterated my quads and is a modification of something that I saw Sam Sulek doing in one of his videos, except he was doing a super set of leg extensions with sissy squats.
WORKOUT
A. Quad Focused Exercises
- Barbell Squats: 4x10
- [Super Set]
a. Hack Squat Machine: 3xFailure
b. Bodyweight Sissy Squats: 3x10
B. Hamstrings Focused Exercises
- Seated Hamstring Curls: 4xFailure [keep adding weight until you can only do ~10 good reps + half reps]
