Cause i think Legion as for the name are based on bible chapter where Jesus encounters man possesed by demons and when Jesus asks the man his name, the response is "My name is Legion, for we are many." The phrase "I am Legion, for we are many" is often interpreted as a representation of the idea that evil can be pervasive and can manifest itself in many form just like Legion members that are different from each other but are ''possesed with same demons or whatever''. Im not religious by any means but kinda cool reference from BHVR, imo

4 hooks could mean that he 2 hooked everyone, so it's not always a bad thing. As long as you get at least 2-3 kills you're doing good as killer
