Thank you very much for both recipes and how to make this. There are lots of places where you can't buy heavy whipping cream with high fat content. Plus it is so very expensive to purchase. It is very nice to have a wonderful substitute for when you can't afford or find the other option where you live. 🎉🎉🎉 How do you like the flavor of the longer version in taste ? Does it make a difference in flavor or texture? Have you ever tried the custard style version with egg yolks for a richer flavor and texture ?? Thank you again for looking at different ways of doing things when everyone can't get the exact same ingredients!!!!!! Any added advice would be ever so appreciated... Hola, buena receta, gracias,mejor usar los 500 ml de nata para montar que liarte a fabricarla con la leche y la mantequilla, así si sería en 5’ y 3 ingredientes más la menta. Si a esta receta le pones en vez de azúcar el equivalente en eritritol glaseado te queda un helado keto. Si además alguien quiere, cuando esta en la tarrina que vas a llevar al congelador, echas un chorro de chocolate negro sin azúcar (superior al 80%) y lo mueves un poquito, te queda aun más sabroso y sigue siendo apto para diabéticos y cetogénicos. A mi el helado de limón y chocolate me encanta. 🥰 Te veo desde España.

Non ne ho uno preferito, siccome sono una golosona, mi piacciono tutti. Mi piace moltissimo la stracciatella, la nocciola e il pistacchio, questi sono i primi e poi mi piacciono tanto i gelati alla frutta, slurp 😋😋😋 , non rinuncio a nessuno, l'essenziale che sia gelato🍨 ......ti seguirò per qualsiasi ricetta. Çırpmak için süt ve tereyağı yerine ağır krema kullanabilirsiniz ancak bu, dondurmanın yağ içeriğini ve kalori içeriğini değiştirmeyecektir. Her zaman yanlışlıkla yağların zararlı olduğuna inandık ama şeker çok daha tehlikelidir. Ve yağdan gelen kaloriler, şekerden gelen kalorilere eşit kabul edilemez çünkü bunlar farklı şekilde emilir ve bu, insülinin kana salınmasına bağlıdır. Bu nedenle bir ürünün kalori içeriğine önem veriyorsanız yağ yerine şeker miktarını azaltmak çok daha iyidir ve bu konuda endişelenmeyin 😉

Das Rezept fasziniert mich, da es nur mit Milch und Butter so cremig wird durch mehrmaliges rühren. Das werde ich in jedem Fall die nächsten Tage ausprobieren.
