No, kaizo levels make it into expert when they're either uncleared and it took the creator just 1 or 2 tries to clear check OR if anyone beat the level more than once and artificially inflated the clear rate

The second level got booed for a hifden star. The star was in a hidden block, but the creator did say it was there. The platform you were standing on had a star in it to show there was a star hidden.
