To be honest , all the Liberian government need to do is to invest or raise millions of dollars into farming and agriculture. The same way they have been stealing millions of dollars from the Liberian central bank for many years I'm sure they can figure out how to invest millions of dollars into farming and agriculture it should not be difficult to do
