YES. I agree. Just simple common sense and logic. I'm not an attorney nor do I have any education in law- Let's face it- someone who is consumed with envy and greed and wishes they were bequeathed inheritances is one thing. Taking the actual steps to criminally violate the law to steal an inheritance AND TRUST FUND- well THAT is an entirely different ball game. That categorizes that person as a criminal. Deceiving the court- ie; lying under oath- in an effort to gain an inheritance AND TRUST FUND- is grand larceny and an indictable crime. Just my opinion.
