Thanks for checking my loadout, glad you liked it. Yes, it’s quite slow and annoying when switching ammo types on the Kar 98. But this isn’t made for speed, but more a slow and stealthy playstyle. I also reload my rifle after a few shots, so reload speed is not really a concern for me personally.

This is very similar to my go-to authentic loadout. On the K98 I use match/armour piercing for long range/vehicles and subsonic for extra stealth. I use the weaker suppressor that doesn't have a big bullet drop penalty, the highest zoom scope, extended barrel, tape that reduces bullet drop (somehow lol), the reduced load magazine and laminated beech for aim stability. This results in my K98 having an audible range of only about 57 metres or so and still one-shots 90% of the time from anywhere except extreme range. Secondary panic weapon is usually the M1A1 Gov or the trench gun with armour piercing and soft point ammo. And my go-to pistol is always the m1911 with the stealth conversion. Usually with subsonic and armour piercing special ammo. Really great aggressive stealth build 👌

Thanks for the videos, I have watched several. I love how games don't necessarily stick to reality. A high power .22 would be much faster and likely no longer be subsonic. The crack of being supersonic would make it one of the louder rounds. That is why I have never tried this configuration, but it looks effective. Can't wait to try it out!

My best loadout is: Gewehr MG13 mag 25 round, PK Berlin scope, Ext Marksman barrel, HUB23 Suppressor, Mag pouch, M1A1 100 rd Mag, Precision barrel, MK II2 suppressor, 1911 ZF4P scope, OSS Barrel, XL ext stack 18 rd mag. fixed frame stock. Ammo changes with the mission. Lately I have been trying for max knock outs. 65 the most so far.

K98k is a good rifle for mix of high damage and stealth, wanting a rifle that can one shot enemies in a newbies co-op game, K98 definitely works to stay quiet and 1 shot body shot on medium difficulty and lower. But to get the damage breakpoint you need M40 High Caliber receiver instead of heavy bolt.

I have certain medals that SE5 just will NOT give me, no matter how many times I sucessfully complete a task. Example: Make a tank shoot another vehicle. Done it. Several times. No medal. Same thing happened on SE4 and SE 3. Certain ones could NOT be won, no matter how many times I sucessfully did them. Eventually watched KZbin videos and followed them exactly, just so I wasn't missing any hidden steps. Didn't matter. I play SE4&5 on xbox1. Its a great game, especially Invaxtion mode (Survival sucks, and now that they have crossplay Multiplayer sucks due to all the modders/cheaters that Rebellion refuses to addess, but...) but every game seems to have that one or 2 odd glitches that are frustrating.

Sorry to hear about the medals not working for you. I'm not sure what would be causing that. Maybe try reaching out on the Rebellion discord server? Someone there might be able to help or assist with that issue.

It's nice as in having something different to use, but I don't think it's necessary to be in this game. Never does it feel I need a night vision scope to actually see enemies in the dark.

@DazAction I'm in that rubble and rubble level and it says u go into the sewer. the whole level is pretty dark. I thought u might need it in the sewer ?

I want to like it but like he said its just unnecessary because the game is set so bright. I have my brightness down to 35% and can still see everything at night time without any problems. And setting the brightness even lower results in the same but then the day maps start to look weird

The sniper rifle makes no sense. You have a clip, but you have to reload manually. Every time. Probably one of the most ridiculous weapons in the game.
