Ok... *Hear me out* I believe this could very well be real, but there are some things to note (25+ Views later) 1. I see nobody adressing video compositing in the comments. Some possible explinations? -This is a real jump done by real cars, the compositing is the bridge below them making the scene more dangerous - The cars are real, but placed on a fake track. Now of course the second possibility runs into complications, but that's when I ran into this splendid realization. 2. Every single car goes out of frame at one point. The first car immediatley, second one dissapears behind the third, which is allready taken off camera. This would allow you to keyframe out the cars (as they crest a hill) and substitute them for CGI graphics. Note this would be an extreme amount of effort, and this is extremely impressive on either end of the spectrum. My opinion below; I myself believe this is an amazing CGI composite done by someone who truly knows their stuff. I see 3 layers; The cars most likely keyframed and cut from a race, cresting a hill and gaining a little air. A track, most likely used for scene lighting on the cars as you can take a 360 camera and get a perfect lighting enviroment, and the 3D rendering, which would be a little bit of the initial dust, then the cars as they fall back down and 1 by 1 get cut from view in some way, and finally, the distant dust as they land. If anyone can dispute or confirm this, I'd love to hear it! Amazing work on the CG and VFX artist(s) If any of what I said has merit to it.
