Well, I've finally found it: the perfect Our Flag video. This is positively STUNNING. I am not a Taylor Swift fan, so I didn't know this song, but it is PERFECT - and I'm just mirroring everyone else's comments to say that your editing is flawless. Seriously, this is an incredible video. And I am _in love_ with Stede's face in S02E05 when they are playing thumb war. Dear Lord in heaven...

Coming from a Taylor Swift fan, I concur, this is the perfect OFMD video. 👌 I'd previously realized from listening to this song how great it would be for a vid of these two and it certainly delivered! There's so many OFMD fan edits set to Taylor's music being created right now, I keep stumbling on them on my homepage and I'm just LOVING this crossover of two of my fave things. Like in her song "seven" there's a line "you could come live with me and we could be pirates" that fits so perfectly! There's so many more examples I could go on and on 😅

IKR?! It is incredible - I kept just staring at him without following anything that was going on. And that final outfit with the super-deep V-neck and leather pants. When he is trying to keep up with Zheng right before all the swordfighting, as he is coming up behind her, we can all _clearly,_ completely see that he 'dresses right' (at least in that shot). _J E S U S._ Are they trying to give us all heart arrhythmia?

I've always liked Rhys, but this season is something else. I don't know if it's confident Stede, the growled "walk" at Ned and the red suit in particular. He looks incredible.

This is magnificent!! I can't tell you enough, I mean, I work in film and have been sitting next to an editor for 4 months, and you have SKILLS. THIS IS GORGEOUS! EMOTIONAL! Just so good. Like, I didn't even know the line in the song that said "permanent mark" but when you lined it up with him reading the note.... wow. And then the end, what moved me to leave a comment, is when there's this kind of (sorry, I'm in animation, so I think in terms of poses) moment when Ed looks at Stede and the love just unfurls and Taika's face just shows it all and then he moves out of the pose so quickly in the original scene but you cut on it, and it was delicious. I swear you probably caught every short frame of it! It feels so sweet cutting on it rather than when he turns his head. Just so good, dude, I cannot say enough. Caroline, if you aren't already, you should be some kind of editor! Damn!
