There is one credit card that beats it and you don’t have to own a home to get it. Hughes FCU credit card the highest possible APR on this card is 12 1/2%.

It is absolutely BS, worst card option and there is no guaranty. Process is very much pain. No phone customer service I have applied this card and initially pre-approved. Later submitted my application and gave the approval with 12* percent with 100K Taken the notary and notified us after a week that we are not able to approve.

Hi omni875 Aven is a HELOC accessed via credit card. It is a much lower cost of capital than other options (including 2% unlimited cashback)- but it requires consumers to verify their income via a 3rd party, and have strong historical credit performance. We are not looking for people whose income isn't sufficient, or if they lack a strong credit performance - they are unlikely to qualify for Aven. We would be happy to help them find alternatives !
